"You Dig, are we cool? You got It? Alright!" Dr.Fisher pasionately spoke in the University of Wisconsin about the end of the 2004 Conveney "The National Hip Hop Political Agenda". She explained that, issues emerged from the "5 Point Plan".Three items were not met; Media Justice, Gender and equality. The Professor goes on to discuss about RosaClementes view towards Hip Hop not being a movement. A featured video of the young duo the X Blasters caught my attention because these two lads are sending a message, they are verbally embracing their talent to the world. This can relate to the discussion that we had in class about DJ Kool Herc and his sister Cindy Campbell. They were both a part of a movement that expressed unity throughout of a culture that has brought amazing musical and vocal talent.
